Brekyn's Here!

Brekyn Rilee Kelso was born at 1:24pm on May 27th, 2003. Weighing in at 8lbs. 4oz. and 20&1/2 inches in length, Brekyn is the second child of Chad and Aimee Kelso and little sister to Kenedi. Here's a rundown of the stork's itinerary on the day's big event:

7:00am MDT: The stork is ordered to divert to Utah with an extremely urgent package for immediate delivery.

7:10am MDT: North American Air Defense Command reports an unidentified object has entered Utah airspace.

7:20am MDT: Hill Air Force Base launches two F-16 fighter jets to intercept the intruder.

7:50am MDT: F-16s report visual contact with the intruder.

7:55am MDT: F-16 pilots confirm: the intruder is the stork. It appears to be carrying something.

8:00am MDT: F-16 pilots ordered to escort the stork through Utah airspace.

8:30am MDT: Eyewitnesses in Moab, Utah report stork sightings. They indicate the stork is heading northwest.

8:45am MDT: Park Rangers report the stork is passing over Arches National Park.

9:00am MDT: Long-haul trucker confirms: the stork has crossed I-70, headed towards Price, Utah.

9:40am MDT: Amateur telescope in Green River, Utah, spots the stork. "That stork's carrying a valuable cargo," the witness reports.

10:07am MDT: Cellular caller reports the stork has crossed State Highway 191 north of Price.

11:08am MDT: Boaters spot the stork over Strawberry Reservoir. Utah Highway Patrol confirms the stork is flying along State Highway 40 towards Heber.

11:26am MDT: The stork is seen crossing Heber Valley.

11:42am MDT: Eyewitnesses see the stork passing by Park City. Spotters on I-80 report the stork is gaining altitude as it approaches the Wasatch Mountain Range.

12:36pm MDT: The stork has been spotted over I-84, approaching the Ogden area.

1:00pm MDT: The stork is circling Ogden, apparently looking for its intended landing site.

1:12pm MDT: The stork touches down at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden.
